7pm at 600 White Street at the Armory

The premiere staging of a new Key West play by Chris Moore. The adult children of a popular island icon are introduced to the island as they sort through the personal effects of their recently deceased father -- a man who abandoned them 30 years ago.  Can old wounds lead to fresh perspectives?

Chris Moore (playwright) left a perfectly fine career as an advertising creative director to move (with his wife and cat) to Key West in 2017. He realized he needed something to do. Living in Tennessee Williams's old neighborhood gave him an idea; Fringe gave him an opportunity. He began bombarding Rebecca with scripts three years ago. She didn't say stop. In 2024, Fringe hosted a public reading of his play End of the Road. In 2025, Fringe staged his monologue Fernando Moreno for Key West Characters. This will be Chris's first staged full-length play.
